Hello!  Welcome to our nook of the Internet!  We are Elisar Gray and Ebony Martin, reading specialists.  Combined, we have over twenty years of service in public education as teachers of English and special education, academic coaches and leaders of literacy, our passion for equipping all children with the gift of reading has led us to the creation of our business, Absolute Language & Literacy Tutoring Services, LLC (A.L.L.), a solution to reverse poor reading skills and Dyslexia in children grades K-12.

Understanding that in some public school districts, children can advance through the grade-levels without possessing proficient reading skills, and abhorring the impact that not mastering the fundamental skill can have on a child’s academic and personal success, we provide prescriptive tutoring services that address our clients’ specific language and literacy needs in the areas of reading, writing and spelling.

Elisar Gray is a certified K-12 Reading Specialist, a locally certified trainer of Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS) professional development and the 6th-12th English Language Arts Coordinator for a local metro Atlanta school district.  She’s earned degrees from Clayton College & State University, University of Phoenix, Argosy University and Columbus State University, with the highest degree being an Educational Specialist in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.  In her current role, she coordinates, designs and facilitates professional learning for reading and English Language Arts teachers, creates and monitors implementation of secondary English curricula, and oversees the implementation of reading intervention programs.
